Rules of cooperation

 
K&K Selekt's business activity is diversified and depends on the individual arrangements with each of the Customers. We try to adjust flexibly to the Employer's expectations and the current situation on the job market.

 
1. To gain the largest group of people fulfilling the employer's requirements we propose the use of a few sources of recruitment and selection of candidates: advertisements, the most important Internet sites and their databases K&K Selekt permanently cooperates with, the use of internal database containing applications of candidates from all over Poland and abroad, Direct/Executive Search and the use of recommendations and references obtained by our consultants. The use of all or only chosen sources at one recruitment process is individually consulted with each Client.

 

2. Qualified Recruitment Consultants headed by Project Manager are engaged for each project. They constantly verify the available candidates and then carry out interviews, checking the professional qualifications and experience of candidates together with their interest in the particular position.  

 

3.In the final stage of selection the most qualified and skilled candidates are chosen and their applications in preferred languages  together with a report are sent to the Client.

 
4.The time of execution of order ranges from 2 to 8 weeks from the contract signing and the commission order, depending on the difficulty of the process. The completion of a given commission will take place as soon as the information will be obtained from the Client informing of a candidate employment on a given post. 

 
5.The issue of fees is regulated with each Client individually.

 
6.Our service is liable to guarantee, which concerns the trial period of 3 months. Should the candidate be terminated or leave due to reasons lying within candidate's control, or the contract will not be extended or they withdraw from work, K&K Selekt is obliged to carry out another recruitment process and present other candidates for the position free of charge.

 
7.We pay particular attention to follow  high standards in our work. This concerns, among others, the protection of personal data privacy policy of our Customers and the proper ethic level and the objectivity of each project carried out.
